About Iron Lion Gymnasium

We are Bethany Johnson and Theo Sackett and we run the Iron Lion Gymnasium in Frome.

Here at the Iron Lion we support health, fitness and wellness for all. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and comfortable space to improve your mental and physical well-being so you can take control of your own health and mindset to become the best version of yourself.

We are an exclusive members only 24 hour gym for 18 years and over with fantastic Technogym equipment where you can have the best work out. The gym is broken up into to 3 separate parts which can make you feel more at ease and Personal Training can be discussed if it is of interest and will assist your fitness journey. We also provide an outdoor area for fresh air and all your cross training needs.

There is also a hairdressers/barbers chair run by Theo with over 10 years of experience if you ever need a fresh trim.
